Health: Gluten Pt.II

I met a friend not too long ago who has a rather interesting food allergen profile: gluten, dairy, and caffeine.

You're probably wondering, "how does this guy live?!"
I'm pretty sure he gets that a lot.

Not being able to have gluten means minimal carbs. Granted he could still eat starchy vegetables and sugar, he already has the advantage of eliminating the most common dietary staple: wheat. He tells me that his diet consists mainly of meat, vegetables, fruit, and did not hesitate to tell me that it's incredibly difficult for him to gain fat. His body composition is lean, but muscular, exactly as one would predict from a diet like his.

Just wanted to scratch the surface of this before really delving into anything big. More to come.
