Health [100101]

Woke up at 9am, wasn't hungry at all. Finished the remaining quarter bag of broccoli florets around 10am, left and ate lemon grass chicken (ate half of the skin, pure protein/fat) at Turtle Tower around 12pm. Thereafter, my body felt so refreshed, light, and energized. I compared how I felt after demolishing a Sam's Sundae (from Bi-Rite Creamery) to how I felt before and definitely noticed a negative difference: the sensation sugar leaves as it is broken down in the body.

Half of the weight lost = poops :]
