Weight: 146.5lbs
Finally stabilized, which means since I haven't changed my diet at all for the past two and a half weeks, this is what my body's natural muscle/fat ratio looks like. I'm probably still around 10% body fat, but there's still a layer around my lower waist. I think I still have a bit to go before my body truly stabilizes, but I'm liking how I feel so far.
