I've decided recently to begin my venture into the realm of cheeses.
"Cheeses? They're all the same."
If I could have a different piece of cheese every time I heard that being said, I would be... well, I would still probably be in the process of discovering new and exotic cheeses.
There's a billion types of cheese out there, limited only to the diversity of cheese-producing enzymes. When I say a billion, I do mean it... Have you ever seen maggot cheese before?!
