Health [100111]

I ate a crapload of fatty meat over the weekend and felt pretty heavy for the most part, but I also had a ton of veggies (brussel sprouts, french green beans, spring greens). Had half a chicken from Costco with ML on Friday and remember not wanting to ever eat meat again.

Did the 5.10 upper body workout today and it felt much easier than last week. I suppose those muscle groups are acclimating. A bit sore in the back from DB practices, but overall in good shape.

Weight: 146.6

A 1 lb. loss in 5 days. Finally plateauing!
