A Shot of Antioxidant


There's just something about broccoli that keeps drawing me back to it. I mean, sure, it's praised as a superfood, has a huge variety of health benefits, and is simple to cook, but I believe it always stays as a part of my diet staple because I truly enjoy how it tastes. It's such a versatile vegetable, having the ability to become an appetizer, side-dish, entree, soup, or even dessert. I always make broccoli soup because it's such a time saver: just boil in a pot, pour into blender, season, and blend away to desired consistency. The whole process takes less than 10 minutes, and is extremely delicious paired up with a couple sun-dried tomatoes!
