Went to RIMAC at 8am today. Did some shoulder and core strengthening routines and left for Geisel. I ate a tiny bowl of oatmeal around 7:30am, and truth to be told, felt great during my workout, none of that belching that usually comes with having eaten carbs. Hmm, moderation is definitely key here.

Losing a couple of pounds over a couple of days isn't healthy, but at least I can rest assured knowing well my brain is functioning properly.
Just came off of my meat fast this morning as I ate a couple strips of the aforementioned homemade pork jerky. Planning to make some shrimp and lamb curry later for dinner!
