Carbs... It's gotten to me.

Carbs on workout days, great idea.

What's not great, is that once I have a bit, I tend to have a lot more than I plan for, resulting in a bloated mess. I've finished off all the ice cream I've bought from last week, eaten a heaping serving of brownies not two days ago, and had more than a cup of that nasty grain cereal I never finished before I made the jump to primal more than two months ago.

This is when I usually say, "MADE A MISTAKE."
But then I realize how much healthier I've been eating since I started doing primal and feel a bit better about myself.

Oh well, seems like the carb trend revolves around what I have in the pantry. Guess I'll stock up on better options after I throw out the box of cereal.
