Ice Cream Adventure!

The seal. The 'HDIP, Inc." is completely out of place, jarring even.

Oh, why hello thur.

Look 'Ma! No corn syrup!

No seal. Kinda dig the texture.

Whole nut!

So, remember those pints of ice cream I bought a while back? Well, I sneakily ate them and never shared or talked about them. KAKAKA.

I guess I'll keep it short and simple.

Haagen Dazs Pistachio: flagship yolky HD ice cream taste TAINTED by the cough-syrup taste of the pistachio. WHY?! The ice cream was icier than I had remembered, less creamy, definitely a let-down. I bought this because I was craving pistachio, as you can see in the pictures, you barely get any. Pistachio bits and pieces, completely unsatisfying. 1/10. Don't do it.

Ben & Jerry's Pistachio Pistachio: the Pistachio ice cream is essentially their sweet cream ice cream with a subtle nutty hint of pistachio. Was a bit sweeter than to my liking; could almost taste the sugar, but would probably be just right for the majority of Ben&Jerry's fans. The roasted whole pistachios were incredibly satisfying; they also added a nice crunch to each bite. I found myself digging through the ice cream in search of the greenish-black nuts, think I'm noticing a trend...
Creamy sweet pistachio-flavor infused ice cream with crunchy pistachio overtones.
6/10
Not bad for an interesting flavor.
