Health [100329]

Haven't posted in such a long time. Slowly getting back into the swing of things.
Went for an early morning workout today @ RIMAC.

Here's what I did:

5x5 pull-ups
5x10 dips
5x5 side x5 front raises
5x10 rows
5x10 tricep pull-down
5x10 upright rows
3x10 lateral flies
5x8 side-to-side push-ups

30 seconds rest between each set.
1 min rest between each exercise.

It hurt an inordinate amount, especially during the rows.
Weight: 150.2lbs

Aiming to ween off a bit on the protein the next couple of weeks and take on more of a catabolism system as training for both the Long Beach race and the half marathon I'll be running in SD the weekend before finals!
