MILESTONE: 205lb DL workset!!!

Back Workout:

2x10 Pullups
2x10 135lb Deadlift
5x10 205lb Deadlift
5x10 Pullups
2:30 Run @ 9.0

Weight: 147.8lbs

Back murder.
I celebrated my small victory of reaching over 200lbs by eating a salad. And a small half ounce bag of macadamia nuts.
