Health [100525]

Did Chelsea today.

She was way too hot for me.

Chelsea
Each minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

I started to fall behind after the fifth minute... Eventually, I did sets of 3-8-10. As SL put it, the pull-ups were the "rate determining step."

Weight: 142.6lbs
Lost so much muscle mass from 2 weeks of not lifting. Balls.
