Nothing deep or philosophical in this post.
Just decisions. Solid, thought-out, plus a few resolutions.
I've been reading a couple blogs as of late, and they've inspired me to keep a more accurate record of my life. Maybe this is my subconscious's method of setting up a tribute to the passing of my pre-adult-adolescent days. I don't know what it is. All I know is that I'm getting old, my memory is getting worse and worse, and I need to keep track of things I do. Whether I use it in the future as a source of reference, comparison, or entertainment is entirely irrelevant. I'm doing this so I can do it for what it is now.
I'm doing this for no one but myself.
Well, now that the statement is out of the way, let's begin with a couple of decisions and resolutions:
1. I will adhere to my time-schedule.
All too often, I find myself veering off the metaphorical track of time. Not only is this a detriment to productivity, but it relentlessly kills my mental health as well.
2. I will listen to my body.
This is a big one, because while I do swear by this 80% of my daily life, the other 20% comprises of my brain abusing my body. NOT GOOD. Please remember all those binges and self-sustained injuries, MISTAKES.
3. Do what you want.
Last and certainly not least, remember to follow this golden rule, your sanity will thank you for it. Just make sure you keep the things you want to do in check.
And with that, I'm blogged out for the day. More updates to come.
