Health: [091231]

After 20 somewhat hours of fasting and avoiding carbs, my body feels much cleaner and lighter. Though, I did eat a bit more than I wanted to at dinner, it was all quality veggies+protein. Mmm.

I now stand at 154lbs.

Let's keep it up for the new year!

Your body weight tend to fluctuate throughout the day. You are fine the way you are. Just eat healthily, and don't starve yourself. :/
